M.A Events is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue issues, vendor failures, or weather conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

M.A Events’ liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Confidentiality

We will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
